      <image:caption>Hi, and welcome! I’m a licensed psychologist and the founder of Tella Psychology, a therapy practice based in North Dallas and available online across 42+ states through PSYPACT. My practice is built on the belief that true healing happens when we address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in helping adults and children 8+ who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, burnout, or sleep difficulties. My approach is individualized, and I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Many of my clients look successful on the outside but carry an inner critic, patterns of worry, or a feeling of never being good enough. They’ve often tried therapy before and walked away disappointed, feeling like it was all talk without lasting change. My approach is different: I combine a compassionate approach with direct, honest feedback and evidence-based strategies, so therapy feels both transparent and effective. I won’t rush you or push you out the door. Therapy unfolds at your pace. I know that the parts of you that feel “too much” or “not enough” probably developed for a reason, and they’re often running on an outdated operating system.
