The licensing laws for psychologists differs from state to state.

Our psychologists are approved by the PSYPACT commission to provide telehealth sessions to clients in 44 states and territories. Telehealth is available in all states except: California, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Mexico, New York, and Oregon.

In order to practice telepsychology under the authority of PSYPACT, a psychologist must have an active Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) granted from the PSYPACT Commission.
